DOCK STORAGE: DOCKS MUST BE REMOVED NO LATER THAN MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND... IF NOT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM OF $90.00 PER MONTH ( STARTING JUNE 1st. ) FOR TAKING UP AT LEAST 3 STORAGE LOT SPACES, DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF YOUR DOCK SYSTEM.

$40.00 per month applies to summer storage months May 1 - Oct 1: For Single units only.

$60.00 per month applies to summer storage months May 1 - Oct 1. For 2 units in one of our designated long spots.

$200.00 flat fee for winter storage from Oct 1 - May 1.

$200.00 flat fee for winter dock storage from Oct. 1 - May 31.

THIS LEASE SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD BEGINNING:

LESSEE agree to remove his or her rig from dry storage at the termination of this agreement. Rigs not removed by this date shall, at the option of the LESSOR, be charge on a daily basis of $10.00 per day for each day or portion thereof the space is occupied. In the event non-removal of the rig presents a hazard to other persons or property, or interferes with normal Marin operations, LESSOR shall reserve the right to move the rig to another location AT LESSEE'S RISK AND LESSEE AGREES TO PAY ALL COSTS INVOLVED I THE REMOVAL OF SAID RIG.

You may have only one unit stored per spot in our lot, unless you have received permission to store a second unit in front of your first unit. We will not allow 3 units to be stored in one spot because of length.

All units stored in our lot must have an identification number supplied by Captain Kit’s Marina. You will receive your sticker when bringing in your unit for storage. We must have your contract with all information filled in (except Space #) and signed before you will receive your lot sticker & allowed into the lot. Units found in lot without proper registration with Captain Kit’s Marina will be charged a $10 per day fee until properly registered. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All storage spots must be identified by a sign with occupants name on it. When unit is not in storage spot, your sign will mark your spot. If you do not have a sign marking your spot it will be considered open for occupancy and maybe taken.

Removal of another Renters sign is grounds for immediate cancellation of contract!!!

You must keep at least 6 feet between you and the next unit beside you.

ALL UNITS MUST HAVE PROOF OF FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE

Captain Kit’s Marina now mows all  lots.

Your storage lot fee must be paid before putting in for the season & paid up in full before leaving at the end of the season! Please do not put your camper, boat, jet ski, pickup, docks, etc.  into storage before checking in for the season, or leaving for the season.  Checking in or out is a must with  Fay or Kit! We appreciate your business and the time it takes to do this, Thank you!!!!

You may not store any other equipment or personal property on your spot without prior permission from Kit. When pulling out for the season your area must be cleaned up with no bikes, Barbecues, etc. left in the lot over Fall & Winter. If left behind we will dispose of it & you will be charged for the cost of removal.  

Camping In Storage Lot is Prohibited!
